These terms explain what you can expect when you use AdScanVideo to analyze a video. Using the service means you agree to them.

What the service does

AdScanVideo accepts an uploaded video and produces an AI-generated report in the selected mode. Reports may include timestamps, visual observations, and dialogue when usable captions or audio are available. Results can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important quotes, facts, and recommendations against the original video before relying on them.

Videos you submit

You must have the right to submit and analyze the video, including any personal information in it. Do not upload unlawful material or use the service to infringe someone else’s rights. You remain responsible for the content you submit and how you use a report. We do not claim ownership of your video.

Availability and limits

The current free allowance is one completed analysis per network per UTC day, subject to abuse controls. Free and one-time-credit videos are limited to 10 minutes. Monthly Premium videos are limited to 45 minutes. All uploads are limited to 200 MB. Video links are not accepted. We may change service limits and availability; current limits are shown before you start an analysis.

One-time credits and payment

One $3.99 credit runs one video analysis with Copy, Word and PDF included, or removes the watermark from exports for one existing free report without rerunning the analysis. Three credits cost $9.99 and five cost $14.99. Free reports remain readable on screen. Verified email users can download watermarked free exports. Earlier reports retain export access, with a watermark unless paid. It is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. The final amount and currency shown at checkout may reflect local tax or currency conversion. Stripe Managed Payments provides the checkout and payment receipt or invoice. Sign in with a verified email link before checkout. Purchased credits are attached to your email account and are available across devices. Existing anonymous purchases can be attached by signing in from the original browser. One-time credits do not renew automatically and have no scheduled expiry. Unlocking exports consumes one credit and does not use your daily free analysis. An unlocked report remains unlocked while the report is available; this is not a promise of permanent report storage. Contact support if access is lost.

Failed analyses and refunds

An analysis that ends in an error should restore the free allowance or purchased credit it reserved. If it does not, or if you believe a purchase was made in error, contact support@adscanvideo.com. We will review the job and payment and provide an appropriate credit or refund. Statutory consumer rights still apply. See our support and refunds page for the information to send us.

Monthly Premium

Monthly Premium is $39.99 per month for 20 analyses in each paid billing period, with videos up to 45 minutes and 200 MB per analysis. It renews automatically until canceled; unused monthly analyses expire at the end of that billing period and do not roll over. A failed analysis restores its monthly allowance. Stripe shows the final tax and currency before payment. You can cancel or update your payment method through the Manage billing link or Stripe’s customer portal using your checkout email. Canceling stops future renewals; access paid for the current period remains until that period ends. Use a verified email sign in link to restore monthly access in another browser. Agency pilots are discussed and scoped individually; the website does not take agency payments.

Privacy and retention

Temporary video processing files are deleted after processing ends, fails, or times out. Generated analysis text and limited operational data are retained to deliver results and operate the service. Read the privacy policy for details.

Changes and contact
